These Terms govern your use of the Specbook app. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to them.
You must be of legal drinking age in your location to use Specbook. The app is intended for adults and contains information about alcoholic beverages.
You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your sign-in credentials secure.
You agree to follow our Community Guidelines. Do not post objectionable, illegal, or infringing content, and do not harass other users. We may remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or the Guidelines.
You retain ownership of the recipes and content you create. You grant Specbook a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, store, display and distribute your content within the app so we can operate the service. Content you publish can be viewed and forked by other users; forking preserves attribution and lineage. Only post content you have the right to share.
Specbook Pro is offered as an auto-renewing subscription (monthly or yearly) and, for a limited time, as a one-time lifetime purchase, sold through the Apple App Store. Payment is charged to your Apple ID. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel a subscription in your iOS Settings. Prices may change with notice.
Recipes and content are provided for informational purposes only. Specbook is not responsible for content created by users. Always drink responsibly and comply with the laws where you live. The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Specbook will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from Settings.
These Terms are between you and Specbook, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the app or its content. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
